We are looking for an experienced Front-end team lead (5+) in a project that has been successfully operating for several years. It's a crypto aggregator. You will lead a development team that currently consists of 10 people. Remote work and permanent employment
Main tasks
- Working with new employees (interviews, onboarding, task selection, and success tracking, 1-on-1, etc.)
- Expand, develop and motivate the team
- Time and productivity tracking
- Provide training and professional development opportunities
- Communication with customers and PM
- Participate in the development of architectural solutions in the project context, and so on
