They did not go beyond the client's budget and also earned as an agency.
We also managed to "raise" two junior specialists, who now hold top positions in the agency.
Of course, all this would be impossible without a team from both the client and us.
I think this success was made possible by the ability to adapt easily, find non-trivial solutions even in stress, the ability to listen to the team and really work together, not in the "I know better" and "oh, I'll do better"
