The end of the workweek is coming. It's a good time to think about total relaxation.

Digital Detox means a certain period of time during which one gives up the use of electronic devices.

These 7 tips seem obvious. But do you follow them usually?

1. Go offline with loved ones
Ask family, friends, or roommates to give up using the internet and devices with you for a period of time.

2. Plan breaks
Schedule your breaks not only for lunch but also for rest or physical activity during the day. During these breaks, don't pick up your phone or tablet, but try to relax, switch it up.

3. Focus on what's important and limit your visits to unnecessary sites

4. Leave only the notifications you really need

5. Remove unused apps
And if you can't uninstall your favorite game, you should at least move it far away, leaving all the apps you need on your home screen.

6. Limit the time you spend on social networks and set a ban on social networks for a while
(Something like "Facebook Time = 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm")

7. Get enough sleep without gadgets
Make it a rule to turn off your phone, laptop, and tablet at least 1-2 hours before bedtime, or put it on "in-flight" mode. This will help you fall asleep peacefully and not burden your head with unnecessary questions.
