caused in large part by rising global oil prices - which, in turn, were caused by the "special operation" and the sanctions that followed it)! 37% said that Biden is to blame for rising gasoline prices. And among political opponents (supporters of the Republican Party) they were 66%!
Oil companies are in second place in the rating of guilty people (30%), and "bronze" was given to Putin (13% of Americans blame him).
Biden and the oil companies are more often blamed by the elderly, while young people cannot find anyone to blame; Democrats do not like the oil companies or Putin, and Republicans only like Biden.
