Interestingly enough, three months earlier the same figures for the same countries were 0.79, 0.73 and 0.44 percent. In other words, 10 times more was spent on aid in the first two months of the "special operation" than in the next three and a half.
Yes, the figures for some other countries have grown many times over (even for the U.S.: from 0.05% to 0.22%), but at some level they almost stop growing (which is also logical: no one wants to kill their economy) and the flow of aid begins to dry up - probably, if the current trends persist, we will see a decrease in other countries and overall figures in a while, too
