At the time of the last census in 2011, white people made up 87 per cent of the British population.
On March 31st 2021, according to government statistics, despite only 13 per cent of the British population being non-white, 68 per cent of terrorists in British prisons were not of European descent.
Similarly, at the time of the 2011 census, Muslims made up just 4.41 per cent of the British population. Yet on March 31st of this year, 73 per cent of terrorists in prison in Britain were Muslims.
When it comes to people who commit terror offences Muslims and those who are not of European descent are vastly over represented.
So why are the government and the media desperately trying to convince the public that the greatest threat to their safety is the 'far right'?
