I'm a Swiss culinary specialist and entrepreneur. In 1882 I developed the production of instant pea and bean soups and invented the popular Maggi sauce for them.
In 1883, I invented a way to preserve the broth in dried and pressed form - a bouillon cube. My product is called Maggi's Golden Cube.
