I am so determined to stop this bullshit that @scottmorrisonmp has put out in to the world today.
We need to challenge the process of health passports and Scomo saying we must be vaxxed to travel interstate.
Our constitution clearly states that any new legislation must be tested against the constitution before being put in place. The bio security act was originally put in place to protect our states from ill animals. The high court has ruled against the constitution in the past and stopped SICK animals from travelling.
WE ARE NOT SICK.
WE MUST FIGHT THIS NOW IN THE HIGH COURTS.
WHY HAS NO ONE CHALLENGED THIS PROPERLY YET.
We can’t allow anymore of our rights to be stripped away.
