Leading сompanies around the globe actively use LTV (customer lifetime value) to make high-quality strategic and operational marketing decisions.

We invite progressive CMOs, CDOs, analysts and leaders who are interested in LTV metric and related strategies to participate in the research project focused on the CIS markets.

CoffeeAnalytics (INSEAD alumni founders @amur85), and Mindbox with the support of Digital Economy Development Fund and partners are conducting extensive research on the methodology. This seems to be the first such project in CIS.

The questionnaire itself already gives directions to think about proper algorithmic marketing in a company. All participants will receive results first.
