leading government institution is hiring a Consultant For Quality And Patient Safety (QIPS)
Requirements:
·      Candidates should have healthcare background with at least 5-7 years of experience.
·      Provide consultation in developing a strategic plan for QIPS
·      Develop the corresponding operational plan detailing the expected outcomes, deliverables, timelines and key performance indicators, Ensure that there is clear accountability for the delivery of the plans and put in place a monitoring framework.
·      Develop dashboards, monitor progress of the programs and Integrate with the exiting team and set up critical framework arrangements.
·      Collaborate with HMC teams and generate interest/ awareness about key programs at hospital and departmental level.
·      Support QIPS leadership with oversight of progress within the ongoing and planned services.
·      The individuals may also be asked to perform other duties as required by the Executive director of QIPS.
