Looking for "Helpdesk Administrator"
Exo: 5+ Years
Project Duration- One year extendable
Skills Required:
1. To prepares a variety of written materials (e.g. work order reports, inventory reports, procedures, daily calls report, etc.) to document activities, providing written reference and/or conveying information.
2. To attends meetings as assigned to convey and/or gather information required to perform functions.
3. To maintain the service unit invoices and follow up with the accountant for pending issues.
4. To maintain the gate pass process and apply for the engineers.
5. To maintain and update the contracts information.
6. To log customer tickets on the call management system.
7. To update customers about the update of the case following direct manager instructions.
8. To get quotes from the third-party vendors and to follow up on the placed orders.
9. To assign the opened tickets following direct manager instructions.
10. To maintain the staff claim documents collection to get the manager's approvals then submit it to the concerned department.
Candidate must be available in Qatar with valid QID.
