Educational Qualifications:
 
•  University graduate with a degree in civil engineering or engineering technology or construction management or any other related discipline.
 
Experience:
 
·         10-15 years total experience in financial services/banking industry, entailing responsibilities pertaining to the specific area of discipline
·       Bilingual candidate will be ideal
·       Excellent Knowledge of methods/materials/tools/equipment in repairs/maintenance
·       Extensive knowledge of civil construction practices, processes and protocols
·       Experience with calculating Bill of Quantities, tender assessments and recommendations
·       Knowledge/exposure to engineering design software such as AutoCAD
·       Significant experience in Infrastructure development/maintenance.
