Can anyone tell me why a few days ago, FakeResident Joe Biden extended President Trump's 2018 EO 13848 for another year "with respect to the threat of foreign interference in or undermining public confidence in United States elections."

Seems a bit odd to me that he's legitimizing "the proliferation of digital devices and internet-based communications has created significant vulnerabilities and magnified the scope and intensity of the threat of foreign interference [in our elections]." Don't you think?
