If everyone likes you and agrees with you in this world … you are a slave to the system. Many won’t like you if they cannot own you, consume and submit your being to their liking, beliefs and rules.Always find strength to return to love. In the case of betrayal and attempts to consume your being, find ways to sit with hurt, anger and all else that comes up. Don’t let it break your heart. Be honest with yourself … admit that it hurts and that you fell off balance. Forgive yourself, no one else can do that for you. Cry … don’t keep anger and hurt inside. Forgive yourself for trusting those who should have never been trusted. Forgive yourself for being so open and accessible. It’s your process. Don’t blame. Stop negative energy projection onto others no matter what they do. Hurt is blinding. Let tears flow over the face and body, wash yourself in them. Start fresh. For you. For God. Admit to yourself that you still love those who stabbed you in the back, because if you didn’t love them, it wouldn’t hurt so bad ~ Zarina
