This is a 8th century's protected monument, 'Martand Sun Temple' under @ASIGoI but ASI and government both are sleeping.

In Anantnag, Kashmir, On Eid Muslims are bursting firecrackers in the Martand Sun Temple and roaming around the ruined temple wearing shoes.

On Hindu festivals, Hindus cannot rally in front of so-called Muslim areas & mosques, but Muslims can insult Hindu temples on Eid.
