Judge has ordered more detailed receipt of what the FBI took from Trump’s Mar-A-Lago, which may be filed in the next few hours under seal. Trump team is still pushing for a neutral 3rd-party arbiter (special master) for court on Thursday to see if the DOJ properly handled evidence. The special master would also RETURN any evidence that’s outside of the scope of the investigation. Judge Aileen Cannon will hear arguments on Thurs and determine if a special master is necessary.
