Indeed, the rotation of IAEA specialists to ZNPP, which is carried out in a planned manner once a month, has been unreasonably delayed.<...> We expect that the rotation of the Agency's experts at ZNPP will take place in the very near future, literally from day to day.

Consultations on the creation of a nuclear safety and security protection zone at the ZNPP are stalling. More than 5 months have passed since the moment when the Director General of the Agency handed over to the Russian and Ukrainian sides the draft declaration on this issue.<...> We have practically completed our part of the work, while the Ukrainian side has not yet bothered to present a coherent reaction <...>

#JCPOA
We do not see any readiness on the part of the US and the «E3» (France, Germany & Great Britain) to resume the Vienna talks on the JCPOA.

For the «reanimation» of the nuclear deal at this stage, only one thing is needed - for all participants to the Vienna talks to return to the Austrian capital and promptly bring the negotiation process to a successful conclusion. This is totally possible, given the appropriate political will. Iran, Russia and China have it. From the Western countries, we do not see this.

I repeat once again: at this stage, the responsibility for the fate of the Vienna talks and the «nuclear deal» lies entirely with the Western countries.

It seems that there is no need to talk about the imminent resumption of dialogue with the United States on issues of strategic stability in the present conditions. Washington openly declares the goal of inflicting a «strategic defeat» on Russia and takes numerous hostile steps in this direction.<...> To resume a serious conversation, it is necessary that the United States fundamentally revise its anti-Russian policy and demonstrate a real interest in finding mutually acceptable solutions.
