Question: President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky has promised to launch a new counteroffensive this winter or next spring. However, the White House has announced that US funds for Ukraine are over 90 percent depleted.

Sergey Lavrov: It is very difficult to comment on what Zelensky says. He has also said that he would continue fighting alone even without any assistance.
