TERMS & CONDITiONS :-
1. Amount payable 400 rupees per 90 min video per day . It may increase as the working hours increase & with growth of our application we can increase it up to no limits .
2. Minimum working hours 90 min per Day per subject including doubts & queries of student, last class Revision
3. Salary will be increased or decreased as per working hours & candidates capabilities and ethics
4. Payment Procedure Depends on the teacher itself. ( eg. 1 day/ Weekly/ Monthly )
5. We'll Pay 40% of test series which provided by teacher. The Copyright of the test series will belong to the company mechanical guru after Purchase / uploading it .
6. Digital Board or White Board, Wacom pen laptop software (if have) is mandatory. you can also record in front of camera only but with all details , concepts so that students can understand each and everything . During Lecture use Multiple markers and Face must seen on camera. we need quality it depends on you how you engage with students & teach them & clear their important core concepts of exam .
7. All videos you made for Mechanical guru website are property of Mechanical guru OPC pvt limited because we are giving money to you for making of video & no one or any creator can upload it in any kind of social media like Youtube , telegram etc.
8. any Youtube video or videos are not allowed to uploaded in mechanical guru application , every teacher or creator have to make original and content related to the Exam student pay for it.
9. your social media followers , Youtube : ….0. …. , Telegram : ……120……. , Instagram : …120………. any other with name and number of followers ………nothing……………
10. you can take only 3 leaves per month & have to attend all weekly ( Sunday also OFF day for students but not for teachers ) , monthly , yearly progress meetings .
11. Manager have to take care sincerity of all teachers , timings & their classes.
12. if you want to upload any of your video you made of MG application you have to take permission of director .
13. All conflicts / breaching of agreement / disrespectful manner / any Disputes will consider & solved only in DURG District Court .
14. you have to complete the subject which allotted by director or in which you are best or in which you are expert then if you want you can leave the organization without any explanation.
