It is a VERY LOW POWERED red spectrum laser. And it has NO DANGER to pineal.

You receive more red light to your forehead in a 1 minute walk than you do from the laser. Sun is a white light though, so you don't see it as red. If you used a red filter, it would filter out all other light, and your forehead would be red.

And you receive NO Infrared from the IR Temperature check.
