[$1.1 Billion Support Package to Help Businesses and Workers during Phase 2 (Heightened Alert)]

The Multi-Ministry Taskforce (MTF) had earlier announced that Singapore would return to P2(HA) from 22 Jul to 18 Aug 2021, in order to scale back activity levels and slow down the transmission of Covid-19.

To cushion the impact of the tightened safe management measures on affected businesses and workers, we will be rolling out a $1.1 billion support package.

The package will include:

Enhanced Jobs Support Scheme for affected sectors
Rental relief for commercial properties
Extension of Food Delivery Booster Package
Enhanced Covid-19 Driver Relief fund
Support for hawkers and market stallholders
Extended Covid-19 Recovery Grant-Temporary
