If a person does not see a problem with their own actions, i do not believe they will have the motivation or desire to change themselves.

Having said that, i do not believe anyone can successfully 'change' another for the long term and, why would you want to? Spend your time, energy and efforts on yourself; you will attract someone that you enjoy, just as they are!

You can’t 'change' someone, but you can provide perspective to aid their evolution. But nothing ever happens unless they decide to change.

You can't change someone who doesn't see an issue in their actions. Everyone has limits of patience, do not push people to their limits, you may not like the reaction!

Communicate. Even when it's uncomfortable or uneasy. One of the best ways to heal, is simply getting everything out.

There is a time to be 'a nice person' and there is a time to say "enough is enough"
