#Explainer | Did you know new amendments have been introduced to the Women’s Charter? A big thank you to everyone who has shared their feedback with us to improve marriage processes, reduce acrimony in divorce, and ensure the best interest of our children.
These amendments, passed in Parliament today, are designed to enhance the experience for couples starting their marriage journey and strengthen focus on care for the family and welfare of the children in divorce proceedings (in accordance with therapeutic justice principles).
