Global inflation has risen further in recent months and could stay high for some time. In Singapore, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for All Items came in at 4.3% year-on-year (y-o-y) in February, compared to the 4.0% increase in the previous month.
The Government closely monitors the prices of the goods and services commonly purchased by Singaporean households, through the CPI, and will continue to extend support to businesses and Singaporeans in need.
