MTProto Proxies is an automated listing feed rather than an edited channel: every post follows one fixed template — a country flag, "New MTProto Proxy submitted by [name/unknown/Channel]," then an IP address, a port and a secret string — with no commentary, context, or human-written text anywhere in the sample.
The submission log itself raises questions about what actually gets listed. The same IP address, 95.217.135.241 on port 443, reappears day after day with a secret that differs by only a character or two each time, always attributed to a submitter simply called "Channel." A handful of entries from Iran (188.121.120.162, 188.121.120.226) and one from the UK round out the sample, but the dominant pattern looks like repeated auto-submission of a single proxy rather than a curated, growing collection of distinct servers.
There is no vetting visible in the posts: no uptime data, no speed test, no note on whether an entry still works, and no explanation of who submitted it or why one country's flag shows up over another. A subscriber gets a raw feed of connection strings and has to test each one blind.
Activity stops entirely after mid-February 2023 — the newest post in the sample is well over three years old as of today, with nothing to suggest posting resumed since. Any IP/port/secret combination pulled from a channel this stale should be assumed dead or reassigned; MTProto proxy servers are typically short-lived, and a listing this old has little practical value for actually connecting to Telegram through it.
This channel might interest someone curious about how MTProto proxy strings are formatted, or looking at how a proxy-submission bot can be flooded with near-duplicate entries from one source. It is not useful to anyone who needs a working proxy today — the content is stale, unverified, and dominated by what reads as repetitive noise rather than a genuine directory.
