往金鐘經馬場的頭班車，則於 11:02 由上水開出
乘客可用 Citymapper 計劃「點對點」來往馬場站嘅車程，預啱時間上車最方便
而沙田馬場都係《疫苗通行證》適用嘅場所，乘客離開車站前請留意香港賽馬會之最新公佈
