東鐵綫列車只來往 上水 至 旺角東，往 旺角東 及 往上水 經馬場嘅列車分別約為 20 分鐘一班

西鐵綫則如常服務

經東鐵綫往返紅磡站的乘客，可以

改搭免費接駁巴士

經旺角、太子、旺角東站轉乘唔同行車綫

或者喺 Citymapper 應用程式計劃其他乘車方式
