Arb set up looks positive post expiry. Yields have improved to nearly 4.15% p.a. Equity market rally has helped and the sector rotation in the month is making Arb juicy. Open interest levels are high, which augurs well for Arb.

From a market perspective, with earnings season drawing to a close, markets will take cues from inflation print and RBI. Net net, sector rotation being underway, volatility continuing and healthy open interest with strong Retail/HNI participation make it a very good set up for Arbitrage.
