Look when you pay me Rs. 118,000 you are paying Rs. 18000 GST to the government, and I am paying that on your behalf. I incur about 20% at least as expenses. I net Rs. 80,000. Out of that I pay 32000 as tax
So I am now left with 48000.
What you see as 118k, I see as 48k.
And when I spend this 48k, again I am paying GST
