It’s easy to get sucked in to the matrix with everything going on, but we need to make sure to unplug, get plenty of water, food and sunshine, and check up on each other. I think these steps are important for us to maintain a clear vision of what’s going on. Spend time in nature, visit with friends and family, heck even talk to them on the phone or in person if you can. Doing everything to reverse the damage {they} have done will take a while, but reversals are where it starts. {They} done everything backwards and now it’s our turn to look forward.
