Attorney Edward A. Berkovich sent a letter to the county or district attorneys of Utah’s five most populous counties encouraging them to consider local legal action to investigate and prosecute CDC officials for reckless endangerment due to the CDC's three-month delay in telling the public about myocarditis following mRNA COVID-19 vaccination. He also addresses that the CDC's recommendation of boosters for children may also constitute reckless endangerment.
