Stevan Looney, JD, sent a letter to NM AG Raul Torrez asking that the AG’s office enforce NM laws to protect the health, safety, & welfare of its citizens. He writes that many statutory civil laws have been/are being violated & that criminal activities are occurring related to SARS-CoV-2 & COVID-19 vaccines. NM statutes empower and often mandate that the AG take action to protect New Mexicans from harmful products such as the experimental mRNA gene therapies. Mr. Looney states that NM criminal laws as well as federal statutes, like the RICO Act, have been violated.
