MORNING UPDATE: Holiday pay, sick leave, medical exemptions are NOT negotiable by your employer. They are your entitlements by law and cannot be held from you because of a 'mandate'.

If you are being held hostage by your employer over these entitlements because you have not shown your private medical information then this is ILLEGAL!

You need to stand your ground and demand your entitlements. We have empowered you with enough information to help you stand up to these bullies.

If you are a Red Union member and have followed their procedures and logged a report then stick to that.

If not then you need to make your employer aware that what they are doing is illegal and they have no medical or lawful grounds to deny you your entitlements.
