If you are being held hostage by your employer over these entitlements because you have not shown your private medical information then this is ILLEGAL!

You need to stand your ground and demand your entitlements. We have empowered you with enough information to help you stand up to these bullies.

If not then you need to make your employer aware that what they are doing is illegal and they have no medical or lawful grounds to deny you your entitlements.
