You are not declining, refusing, resigning or stating your intent. You are putting them on notice and asking them to accept liability and your conditions. We know they won't but this letter is a very powerful Statement which they must respond to.

Also we forgot to mention to cc the legal department of your employer and anyone else who you think is relevant. At the end of the letter where it says 'seal' you can just put your name.

We will not be pushed around anymore so it's time to start pushing back.
