HRA Australia have been working extremely hard, fighting for your rights and supporting you with both consumer and employment complaints.
Due to the workload we now have over 10 incredible advocates working for the HRA team to ensure your complaints are handled efficiently and effectively.
When you make a complaint, it is allocated to one of our advocates who will handle the matter on your behalf. This is no easy task and our advocates are dealing with very delicate cases, including threat of employment, loss of income, homelessness and suicide.
We will take care of all correspondence and provide your employer with all the relevant letters, research, studies and supporting documents, along with assisting you in stress leave and accessing your leave entitlements.
If the employer refuses to acknowledge your right to informed consent, Human Rights Advocates Australia will assist you in on-referring the complaint through the appropriate avenues.
