LEGAL UPDATES FROM BARRISTER:

Team I spoke with Raymond Broomhall very early this morning as he had been working through the night preparing for court this week.

This is where the TAS Health Care Workers are at which can have relevant roll over federally;

1. On appeal from last weeks decision, the Chief Magistrate agreed that their case has merit to be heard this Thursday 4th November in the Supreme Court.

2. Raymond is also filing in the high court today to have the PHO mandates suspended while the court cases are being heard.

3. The NEU notices of advice and concern are ready to fire once all names, salutations, addresses are checked over and merged correctly.

We are working through this with AFL Solicitors to fire off VIC and NSW.

Please understand a lot of work goes into this and we only get one shot at each course of action so we want to make sure we do it right.
