Good morning Team! A few notices for today.

1. NSW Teachers have started to receive their invoices from NESA for accreditation. We need every teacher in NSW to hammer their phone lines and emails!

Tell them you've been stood down, terminated, lwop, etc and even if you're on lsl, sick leave, maternity leave that you'll likely be terminated if the mandates don't drop.

Let them know there is no point renewing your fees so what do they suggest? When 1000 teachers all cancel their $100 fee they will take notice.

2. I have requested Red Union to write an official statement of Position to each Premier of Australia in support of pro choice workers and their stance against mandates.

We also need to be mindful that they do have members who freely took the jab so we are respectful of their position too.

I have also asked them to make a media statement and issue a press release on our behalf just like other unions did in support of their staff.

I'll post these letters as soon as we have them.

3. People have requested which political parties we should be looking out for at the next election and who should we support. My answer is simple. Find the ones who support you.

I'd be keeping an eye on these four and then make your own mind up. Perhap even subscribe to their letters and show them your support. We need to get the major parties out!
