CLARIFICATION: Hi Team. We've received a few messages from people asking about NEU class action with our Barrister Raymond Broomhall.

This was never a class action. It was explained multiple times on zooms with Raymond himself and even on our website. We also clearly stated there were no guarantees but this does not mean we have lost!

The Broomhall angle was to put our employers on notice and have them back off otherwise they could be up for criminal charges. If we want to take it further we can then go to court for Personal Prosecution but would need over 300k.

The class actions were and still are being undertaken by other firms such as AFL Solicitors and Advocate Me. We support these but are not directly involved and have not asked for funds.

We are in no way affiliated exclusively with any Union, Political Party, or corporation. We receive NO kickbacks contrary to what the trolls spew out & we do not spend raised funds on wages, rent, luxury items etc.

If you have previously donated to our legal fighting fund for our Statement of Position by Advocate Me or our Notice of Concern by Raymond Broomhall and are unhappy with the outcome and want your money back then please email us your full name and bank details and we will give you a full refund of what you donated.

If you have donated in general to support our food and toy hampers, campaigns, other legal costs etc BUT want a refund as well then you may also email us and we will refund you.

This is the last comment we make on this. If you are unhappy with what we've tried to achieve for you in the last 4 months then we are truly sorry and if you are out of pocket because of it we will happily refund you.
