The National Justice Party's Odysee channel has been the victim of a fraudulent DMCA complaint and (temporarily?) removed from Odysee.

The NJP owns outright and has produced 100% of the content on our Odysee channel. We do not violate copyright law nor do we have any reason to ever do so.

This is a desperate and underhanded form of censorship that threatens all creators that use the platform. Whether you agree with, or even like the NJP shouldn't matter. If you are an Odysee creator, you need to be aware of this novel method of attacking free speech.

As of yet, we have not received any communication from Odysee regarding this attack on us. On the assumption that Odysee themselves have been targeted by malicious spammers sending fraudulent DMCA notices, we are happy to work with Odysee staff to clear up this error.
