The case is pointing to Ronan Bergman's NYT article about Israel's attack on Iranian ship "Saviz" (that was delayed by a day to allow US aircraft-carrier Eisenhower to be at large distance from the target).

Bergman reportedly wrote his article the day before the operation (which happened at 7:30 am local time on 6 April), but he denied on Twitter, saying it was published 8 hours later. The story was allegedly leaked by Mossad's chief Yossi Cohen or Netanyahu for political gain.
