Received an unsolicited call or e-mail about a ‘fraudulent transaction’ from your e-commerce account?

Scammers are impersonating as employees from e-commerce platforms to get your bank card details and OTPs (One-Time Passwords) to ‘resolve an issue urgently’. Look out for calls with "+" prefix which indicates that they are from overseas.
