The United States deployed a nuclear submarine with cruise missiles to the Middle East amid rising tensions with Iran. The US Navy has deployed a submarine capable of carrying up to 154 Tomahawk missiles to the Middle East the New York Post reported citing an unnamed US Navy official. The Fifth Fleet said that the submarine was transferred in order to ensure stability and security in the region.
