Critics were quick to jump on her underwhelming polling figures, Federalist editor Christopher Bedford tweeted: “You have the media on your side and basically nothing to do except for the optics and you just can’t do it. It is amazing.”
The WH intends to deploy Harris on foreign trips abroad in the coming months – in an attempt to raise her profile. Harris will soon be the first US VP to visit Vietnam next month.
