A 30-year-old male presents with a week history of right arm weakness. Originally the problem began with
severe pain in the neck which radiated into the right shoulder, which was followed by weakness.
Examination revealed winging of the right scapula with weakness of right shoulder abduction and elbow
extension. There was some sensory loss over the lateral aspect of the right shoulder and right triceps reflex

was absent.
