If there are open trades on my signal, but there are no open trades on your account, then you need to check the following points.
Make sure that trades are actually open on the signal.
Your subscription has ended. Check the expiration date of your subscription and, if necessary, renew it.
Signal copying is disabled in the terminal. In the terminal, go to "tools => options => Signal" and make sure everything is as shown here: https://t.me/new_signals/37
If you are using mql5-vps-server, then check that signal copying is started on the mql5-vps-server.
There are no other reasons why trades are not copied.
