Consider the following example.
Your account:
Leverage - 1: 100
balance - ~$1700
Signal: NEW2000 signal
leverage - 1: 200
Balance - $8992.78.

If a deal is opened on the signal with a lot of 0.10, then a deal will be opened on your account:
1700/8992.78 * 0.95 * (min(100,200)/200) * 0.10 = 0.008979 => 0.01 lot.
Please note that if the total value is less than 0.01, then a deal with a lot of 0.01 will be opened on your account.
If
your leverage 1:500 , then a deal will be opened on your account:
1700 / 8992.78 * (min(500,200)/200) * 0.95 * 0.10 = 0.01796 => 0.01 lot.
Please note that mql5 always rounds the lot down.
If
your balance $5500 and leverage 1 : 500, then a deal will be opened on your account:
5500 / 8992.78 * (min(500,200)/200) * 0.95 * 0.10 = 0.0581 => 0.05 lot.
The more your balance, the more the lot will open on your account.
