"Ukrainian long-range missiles like 'Tochka-U' sometimes reach there. That's why I wouldn't risk holding 'Immortal Regiments' and similar actions.
It's a provocation. I think if they try to do that the Ukrainian army is capable of giving an adequate and vivid response to this provocation.
