European Union intends to propose that countries impose a total ban on Russian oil by the end of this year and disconnect a number of Russian banks, including Sberbank, from SWIFT, Bloomberg reported citing sources.
It would also propose restrictions on consulting services, cloud-based services and the purchase of real estate, the agency reported.
