Phase out production cuts: Oil Minister Pradhan urges OPEC

Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has urged the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) to phase out production cuts and emphasised that crude prices should remain within a reasonable band. He added that the rise in prices and resulting fuel retail price is affecting smart economic recovery in India. India is the world's third biggest oil importer and consumer.
