Attention attendees of our March Furbowl. It has been brought to our attention one of our attendees feels they may have been exposed to COVID-19.

Let it be known to our understanding the contact happened earlier on March 2nd, 11 days before the furbowl. And not to the knowledge of the attendee at the time. Generally they find symptoms set in within 5 days of contact (although quarantining is recommended for up to 14 days)

We have contacted the individual and they are still feeling "well." Remember COVID-19 symptoms come on suddenly like every other flu. If the individual does fall ill in the next 30ish hours, we will notify everyone to be aware of the situation.

Remember at this time it's important to remain calm and think rationally. Although COVID-19 is a nasty flu, simple hygienic practices can severally reduce chances of getting sick.

And again, at this time, it's been over 12 days since possible exposure with NO SYMPTOMS.
